Key Responsibilities:

• Reception Duties: Be the friendly face of Unit One Gym by welcoming members, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall member experience.

• Transaction Handling: Efficiently process payments for memberships, merchandise, and refreshments. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist members with any billing inquiries.

• Gym Maintenance: Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized gym environment. Perform regular cleaning and tidying duties, ensuring equipment and common areas are well-presented.

• Supporting Coaches: Assist our coaching team in organizing and coordinating classes. Be a reliable resource for coaches, helping with any administrative tasks they may require assistance with.

• Stock Taking: Contribute to the seamless operation of the gym by conducting regular stock taking. Maintain inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Customer Service Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

• Cash Handling Experience: Previous experience handling transactions and managing cash registers is advantageous.

• Team Player: Collaborative mindset, willing to support colleagues to ensure a positive work environment.
