ATHX training at Unit One Gym brings a new level of hybrid performance training to our community. Built around strength, engine, skill and athletic movement, ATHX sits perfectly alongside our existing HYROX and functional fitness programming. It’s designed for athletes who want to train with purpose — improving power, conditioning, resilience and race-ready fitness through structured, intelligent sessions. Our coaches are currently completing ATHX education and programming training, ensuring sessions are delivered to the highest standard and aligned with the global ATHX movement. Hyrox
HYROX is the ultimate test of functional fitness, combining strength, endurance, and conditioning in a high-intensity workout. This class is designed to replicate the demands of a HYROX race, featuring a mix of running, sled pushes & pulls, rowing, burpees, lunges, and functional movements.
Whether you're training for an event or just looking to push your limits, this session will challenge your stamina, strength, and mental toughness. Expect intervals, circuit-based training, and race-style workouts to build power, speed, and endurance.
